Consultations
Warm, one-on-one support for you and your child — choose the consultation that fits and book directly on WhatsApp.
Toilet-Training Consultation
The earlier we step in, the easier and faster the difficulty is to handle. Early support helps us understand the root of the difficulty and build a clear, fitting plan for your child before it grows 🙏🏼
When should you book a consultation?
- Two weeks to a month have passed and you’re still facing the same difficulty.
- Your child flatly refuses to sit on the toilet or potty.
- Fear of pooping, or repeatedly holding it in.
- Pooping only in their clothes.
- Only goes to the bathroom when reminded.
- Refuses to give up the diaper and won’t accept the idea.
- Any other difficulty you need guidance on, or you want guidance on how to start.
How does the consultation work?
- Before the meeting I send you 20 questions, to understand your child’s difficulty and the factors that may affect their progress.
- Based on your answers I prepare your child’s program, then we walk through all the details and steps during the session.
One-on-one consultation (1:1)
Together we build a custom program suited to your child’s needs and the difficulties they face.
- A Zoom session lasting one to one and a half hours.
- A personal analysis of your child’s situation.
- A practical program with clear steps suited to your child.
- Parenting tips for handling your child during the training stage.
- A guidance file with supportive tips for parents.
- A full written summary sent after the session.
Online consultation + accompaniment program
For parents who need follow-up during training — ongoing constipation, fear of pooping, pooping in clothes, or refusing the toilet. We move through 3 gradual stages, track the response, and adjust the plan flexibly.
- Everything in the 1:1 consultation (Zoom session, analysis, custom program, parenting tips, parent file, summary).
- A phone call after one to two weeks to follow up on progress and answer questions.
- 6 weeks of WhatsApp support: step-by-step follow-up, answering questions, and adjusting the plan as needed.

Sleep Consultation
Sleep is not just rest; it is a basic need for your child’s growth and development — and when your child sleeps better, the whole family rests, especially mom. My goal is to understand your child’s needs and build a healthy sleep plan that fits their age, personality, and your family.
When should you book a sleep consultation?
- Short naps (around 30 minutes) and trouble linking sleep cycles.
- Frequent waking through the night.
- Relying on feeding, rocking, or holding to fall asleep or to settle back.
- Taking a long time to fall asleep.
- Daily resistance to sleep, with crying or tension at bedtime.
- No clear, age-appropriate sleep routine.
- You want to build a sleep plan that fits your child’s age and needs.
What does the consultation include?
- A one-on-one Zoom session lasting one to one and a half hours.
- A full analysis of your child’s sleep and daily habits.
- A custom sleep plan suited to your child’s age and your family’s needs.
- A detailed walkthrough of every step, and answers to all your questions.
- A full written summary of the consultation afterward.
- Daily WhatsApp follow-up and support for 4 weeks (Friday & Saturday off).
At no stage do I leave a baby to cry without a response — there is always reassurance, comfort, and support suited to their age and emotional needs. And there is no set age to begin; you can book from the first weeks.

Development Consultation
A development consultation helps you better understand the stage your child is in and what to expect for their age. We assess their motor and sensory skills, spot any difficulty early, and give you ideas and activities that support their development through everyday play.
When should you book a development consultation?
- You feel your child isn’t gaining new skills, or progress is slow for their age.
- Difficulty with motor milestones like head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, or walking.
- Clear discomfort during floor play, or refusing certain positions.
- You have questions about supporting development through play and daily activities.
- You notice a clear preference for one side of the body, or a difference between sides.
- You want a clear, practical plan to support your child step by step.
How does the consultation work?
- Before the consultation: I send you a questionnaire about your child’s age, skills, and the concerns you’d like to discuss.
- You send videos of your child playing and in different positions, for a clearer picture.
- The first 15 minutes are for assessment, observing your child, and understanding their needs.
- We then go through and practice the exercises and activities suited to your child.
- Guidance on weaving the exercises into your daily routine and play.
- After the consultation: you receive a custom exercise and activity program for your child.
Dad is warmly encouraged to join too, to hear all the guidance ❤️. And remember that every child develops at their own pace — you don’t need to wait for a problem; a consultation can be a step toward understanding and prevention.
