Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is a distance-selling transaction, and you may cancel it under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Cancellation of Transactions Regulations, 2010). The cancellation terms by product type are below.

The digital course

You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not started watching any lesson. Once any lesson is opened the digital content is considered “consumed”, and under the regulations it is no longer cancellable or refundable. This rule is shown to you clearly before payment.

The physical kit

You may return it within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. In a change-of-mind cancellation, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation fee

In a change-of-mind cancellation (not due to a defect), the seller may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

Defective or wrong item

If the item arrives defective or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund with no fee, and we bear the cost of return.

Refund method & timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. As a VAT-exempt dealer (עוסק פטור), we issue receipts (not tax invoices).

Extended cancellation right

For people with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants, the cancellation right is extended to 4 months, subject to the conditions of the law.
