Privacy Policy
Narmen.baby respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13) and its regulations.
Data we collect
- Email and name, upon registration.
- Baby birth date (optional), for recommendations.
- Order and shipping details, upon purchase.
Payment & card data
Payment is processed by an external payment provider on a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant page. Your card details are entered with the payment provider directly — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Cookies & local storage
- An essential sign-in session cookie (required for your account to work) — never used for advertising.
- Your cart and preferences are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and are not sent to third parties.
- We currently use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent requested.
Service providers & data transfer
- Cloudflare — site hosting, database, and course video streaming.
- Resend — transactional emails (account verification, order confirmation).
- The payment provider — processing card payments.
Some data may be stored on these providers’ servers outside Israel; transfer is made only as needed to provide the service and in accordance with the law.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, limited access permissions), consistent with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations.
Retention
Order and receipt records are kept as required by bookkeeping law (about 7 years). Other account data is erased upon your request.
Children’s data
The baby’s birth date (if provided) concerns your child and is used only to tailor recommendations. The account holder is the adult, who provides this information.
Your rights

- Correcting your data.
- Account deletion on request, handled within 30 days.
