These terms govern your use of the Narmen.baby site and your purchase of courses and products through it. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and that you are 18 or older.

Products

• Digital courses — a personal, lifetime access licence on the platform, for viewing only.
• The physical kit — a tangible product shipped within Israel.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in new shekels (₪) and are the final prices.
• The seller is a VAT-exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) — no VAT is added, and a receipt (not a tax invoice) is issued upon payment.
• Payment is made on the payment provider’s secure page; card details are entered with the payment provider directly and are not stored by us.

Licence & content use

Courses and digital products are licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, download, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display the content. All intellectual-property rights are reserved by the seller.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel under the Consumer Protection Law (Cancellation of Transactions Regulations, 2010). Full details, time-frames and how to cancel appear in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: the digital course is cancellable within 14 days as long as no lesson has been watched; the physical kit is returnable within 14 days of delivery if unopened and unused.

Shipping & delivery

• Digital course: instant access on the platform after payment is confirmed.
• Physical kit: arrives within 2–5 business days inside Israel. No international shipping currently.

Disclaimer & liability

Course content is educational parenting guidance; it is not, and is not a substitute for, medical or psychological advice. Every child is different — consult your physician with any health concern. The service is provided “as-is”, and our liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the transaction amount.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page at the time you complete your order.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent Israeli courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
